Batch Notification

  1. Open the automation center and search for the ‘Batch Notification’ App. There are two options - Batch Notification for board items , batch notification for board subitems.

Please note that Items in notification are capped at 200 right now, due to Notification length restriction.

For better user experience, the user receiving notifications can have Email alerts turned on.

There are following automations available for ‘Batch Notification’

→ This automation will send all board items in the notification based on the set interval.

→ This automation will send all board items form a selected group in the notification based on the set interval.

→ This automation will send all board items having a certain status in the notification based on the set interval.

→ This automation will send all board items form a selected group and only if they have a certain status in the notification based on the set interval.

→ This automation will send all board items who’s due date has passed in the notification based on the set interval.

→ This automation will send all board items who’s due date has passed and if they are from a certain group in the notification based on the set interval.

→ This automation will send all board items who’s due date has passed and if they have a certain status in the notification based on the set interval.

→ This automation will send all board items who’s due date has is the next day in the notification based on the set interval.

→ This automation will send all board items who’s due date is the next day and if they are from a certain group in the notification based on the set interval.

→ This automation will send all board items who’s due date is the next day and if they have a certain status in the notification based on the set interval.

→ This automation will send all board items that have not been updated for certain number of days in the notification based on the set interval.

Note: Items that do not have a a initial update will not be included in this notification.

→ This automation will send all board items that were created a in last selected number of days in the notification based on the set interval.

→ This automation will send all board subitems in the notification based on the set interval.

→ This automation will send all board subitems that have not been updated for certain number of days in the notification based on the set interval.

Note: Subitems that do not have a a initial update will not be included in this notification.

→ This automation will send all board subitems that were created a in last selected number of days in the notification based on the set interval.
